Stage 3: Power Serve (10+ yrs) – Green Ball – Full-court tactics, serve power, structured matchplay.
Stage 4: Challenger (UTR 1–8) – Yellow Ball – Sub-stages: F / T / C / X / Z based on ability. UTR tracking, competition readiness.
Stage 5: GrandSlam (UTR 8+) – High-performance zone: private coaching, international pathway, scholarship mentoring.

Recommended Structure

  • Available year-round by appointment 
  • Session length: 45–60 minutes 
  • Suggested frequency: 1 session/week for skill refinement plus group session for regular tournament prep
     

Parental Guidance
Private lessons work best when paired with regular practice. Record sessions (with coach permission) to review at home, and support consistent reflection.


Progress Evaluation
Your coach will provide ongoing feedback and help align private sessions with your group stage progression. Students often use private training to fast-track readiness for UTR matches, selection programs, or targeted goals like scholarships.

  • Cognition: Understanding direction, scoring basics

Recommended Training Cycle

  • Age: Recommended from 5+ (4-year-olds may trial with coach approval) 
  • Frequency: 1–2 sessions per week, optional Game Day
  • Duration: 1–2 years; (approximately 36 sessions before advancing)
     

Parental Guidance

 Play catch, mini-rallies, or bounce games at home! Early play builds racquet feel and trust 


Progress Evaluation

Every two terms, families receive a progress report. Advancement to Stage 2 is based on core skill readiness, attendance, and coach recommendation.
