Eligibility Criteria
(Rocketstars Tennis Elite Performance Program)
To be considered for the GrandSlam Stage, players must meet the following criteria:
1. Age & UTR Level
- Minimum age: 14 years old (exceptions made for younger players with exceptional performance)
- UTR benchmark: 8.0+
(Note: UTR is a reference point; final placement based on performance and coach assessment)
2. Performance History
- Proven competitive experience in regional, state, or national tournaments
- Participation in ITF Junior Circuit, Australian Junior Tour, or similar sanctioned competitions
- Match record demonstrating resilience, tactical discipline, and growth over time
3. Skill Readiness
- Consistent serve accuracy with variation and pace control
- Ability to construct and execute point patterns under match pressure
- Court awareness and adaptability against different playing styles
- Physical fitness appropriate for high-performance demands
4. Mental & Emotional Maturity
- Demonstrates ownership of their training and improvement
- Resilient mindset during tough matches and training setbacks
- Displays leadership, coachability, and accountability on and off the court
5. Training Commitment
- Able to commit to minimum 4–6 sessions per week, including squad, private, and tournament matches
- willingness to undergo periodized conditioning and recovery cycles
- Participation in coach-planned tournament calendars and performance tracking
6. Application Submission
- Complete the GrandSlam Application Form
- Submit latest tournament match results and UTR profile
- Provide a personal statement outlining goals (e.g., college tennis, professional circuit)
- Attend a coach assessment session (may include video review + live training)
